Reviewing and improving, focusing on channels and conducting in-depth analysis of the overall sales situation last month through city meetings. While acknowledging the achievements, the importance of channel expansion as the long-term strategic focus and business accumulation of the company was emphasized again, pointing out that it is the key cornerstone to support future sustained growth. Emphasis was placed on the urgency of strengthening material payment management and improving the quantity and quality of customer invitations, advocating for employees to quickly identify their own positioning, clarify their work direction, fully leverage their personal strengths, and achieve maximum value within the team. The meeting joyfully pointed out that the significant increase in the number of small projects in the first half of the year strongly confirms that with policy changes, the market trend of Justone's surface mount stone products is coming, and the market share of Justone's surface mount stone products is steadily increasing.
Anchoring goals, strengthening internal strength and risk control around the June work focus, the meeting clarified the core tasks and requirements:
