Main Raw Materials

High-quality quartz sand, stone powder, and high-performance polymers. The color comes naturally from the quartz sand itself, with no added color pigments or color paste.

Production Process

Adopts a one-step 3D spray-casting process, produced on automated assembly lines and finished with low-temperature drying.

Construction Technology

Installed by direct full bonding using our special adhesive. The adhesive is waterproof and non-cementitious.

1. Crack-resistant system
Our special adhesive combined with flexible stone reinforced by double fiberglass mesh prevents surface cracking caused by substrate movement.
2. Integrated waterproof protection
Flexible stone and special adhesive form a continuous waterproof barrier, effectively blocking rainwater from penetrating the wall structure.
3. Thin & thermally efficient layer
With a total thickness of only 4–5 mm, this system offers lower thermal conductivity and helps reduce thermal stress on the wall.
4. Flexible reinforcement for wall layers

About 1/20 the weight of natural stone and 1/10 of ceramic tiles, installed with a special adhesive achieving a bond strength of over 800 kPa for secure installation.

The flexible stone veneer resists cracking or breaking even under hammer impact.
