Located at No. 368 Wenyuan North Road, Qiantang District, Hangzhou, the facade of Zhejiang Xingye Group’s Wenyuan Standard Industrial Park features white granite flexible stone that is clean, sharp, and sophisticated. Complemented by customized black granite accents, it creates a rich visual rhythm on the exterior walls. Inside, the water-ripple textured sandstone adds a flowing, rhythmic grace to the industrial space.
This project totals approximately 30,000 square meters. However, it is not just an isolated case—behind it lies a story of "Repeat business driven by satisfaction."
Before the Wenyuan project, an administrative building for Xingye Group had already implemented JUSTONE flexible stone. That initial collaboration left the client highly satisfied with the product effect, construction efficiency, and service coordination.
Years have passed, and those walls remain in excellent condition—no fading, no efflorescence (whitening), and no cracking. When it came time to select exterior materials for the new Wenyuan facility, JUSTONE was naturally the first choice. In the construction industry, a repeat order is the most authentic testimonial. The exterior utilizes JUSTONE Granite Series flexible stone, with white as the primary base and black for detailing. The matte texture is sophisticated without being overwhelming, perfectly matching the rugged character of industrial architecture. From a distance, it possesses the heavy presence of natural stone; up close, the granular texture is clearly visible.
Crucially, the weight of flexible stone is only 1/20th of dry-hung stone, ensuring the desired aesthetic while significantly reducing the risk of falling debris.

There was a notable episode during the sampling phase. The client desired a recessed groove effect on the walls. Conventional methods would have made the building structure complex, challenging both design and construction with high costs and long cycles.
After testing various solutions, the JUSTONE team decided to use black flexible stone for staggered joint installation. This achieved a 3D visual effect while eliminating the high costs associated with complex structural modifications. By utilizing the logic of the material’s layout rather than adding extra steps, the project stayed on schedule and within budget. This "smart solution" is backed by a deep understanding of product characteristics and construction techniques.
